Employer Case Study: Pharmacy 4 Less

Gateway partnered with Pharmacy 4 Less to roll out a programme of Nationally Recognised training, comprising of Customer Service, Retail and Dispensary units. The training delivered was largely Service based and so much of the focus was around boosting customer satisfaction levels and staff’s product understanding and knowledge as well as areas for improvement in existing business processes and external environment.

Gateway partnered with Pharmacy 4 Less to roll out a programme of Nationally Recognised training, comprising of Customer Service, Retail and Dispensary units. The training delivered was largely Service based and so much of the focus was around boosting customer satisfaction levels and staff’s product understanding and knowledge as well as areas for improvement in existing business processes and external environment. Since implementing the program, Pharmacy 4 Less have been reaping the rewards including increased customer satisfaction, Improvements in staff’s product knowledge, efficiency and presentation through implementation of retails units, and greater understanding of their processes.

Going forward, Pharmacy 4 Less plan to roll out continual training programs, in both skill sets and full qualifications into all their departments including Retail, Dispensary, Administration, Finance and HR so that they too can share in the success story.
